NBHL Women's Roster Reveal: Navy Yard AdmiralsTiffany Pfundt has climbed the ranks and will be at the helm of the Navy Yard Admirals, making her leadership debut and looking to make a splash into the Cool Water that is the NBHL Maryland division. After making it to the NBHL Championship last season, she's looking to do it All Over Again.Behind The Mask will be Halle Rose, making her NBHL debut and hoping to make an impact right out of the gate. It was a Revelation when Sari Lelchook announced her return, and she finds herself anchoring this star studded defense. Over and Over Anna Blautzik made huge plays last season and does not plan on stopping. Jessica Narod is ready to Lay It All Down for the Admirals, and Maxie Weisz will Walk a Thin Line between defender and mentor for her rookie goaltender. There will be some Hard Feelings in front of the net with Becca Newman keeping the slot contested.Tiffany is looking to be a Silver Girl with a handful of Nichols, signing both Madison and Witley to build a high powered offense. The Ambush offense of last year will Keep On Going, as the Admirals will have Julia Karron reuniting with Tiffany and Madison. Gayatri Reilly will be a Road Runner for the Admirals, continuing to score clutch goals like she does every season. Cathy Richardson is hoping The Second Time in the NBHL is just as good as the first with multiple highlight reel goals. Clutch goal scorers fill this roster, and we'll Never Forget Tessa Mager's season winning goal for the Lady Byng Blossoms. Looking for Somebody to be an instant game changer, the Admirals are hoping Mary Robinson will break through the ice and find her place in ball hockey. Lindsey Hightower will find herself Everywhere on the floor, creating plays on offense and breaking up the attack of opposing teams. Monica Mumma has Got To Move the ball around, facilitating for the many goal scorers on this team. Kelly Yau will be Coming Your Way with an aggressive forecheck, and is looking to convert those turnovers into goals.The Navy Yard Admirals come into the season burning with a Bright Fire for victory. Is their offense going to have the inevitability of a Landslide, or will they feel Like Crying after a poor performance? Will the division be Safe Harbour for them, or will they be Dissatisfied with the results? NBHL Women's Roster Reveal: Fairfax Fighting FishChriste Lafoon makes her captaincy debut and is looking to make a splash with the Fairfax Fighting Fish. She is the Architect of this dynamic team, blending together veterans and a little out of town talent to create some Anarchy. Christe will hope that the Tide Turns in her favor and they'll be swimming downstream all season.We saw Cara Burgess Evolve into a top goalie last season with a dominant season for the Woodley Park Pandas, and Christe wanted to run it back. It won't be a Lonely Trip for Cara though, as the Fighting Fish defenders will have opponents saying What's The Use. Emma Crocker is ready to Keep It Real as she makes her return to the Maryland women's division. Kelly Jo Broadhurst and Teal Hinga will be feeling The Connection again, once again on the same team in front of Cara as the Fighting Fish will look to mirror the defensive success of last season that the Pandas had. They will be joined by Abbey Dufoe and Shannon Davies who will be providing Crowd Control in front of the net. Brittany Romanelli will make sure that Nothing gets by.Women's Masters Gold Medalist and MVP Lindsey Machak will be carrying Heavy Things for the offense, but she will not be an Army Of One for the Fighting Fish. Melissa Karp will be Fast Enough For You, looking to build off her four goal campaign last season. The speed will also be brought by Devon Strachan, who'll Run Like An Antelope on every play. Carolyn Herzog will be looking to Spread It 'Round, facilitating the offense as one of the most hyped players in the division. Alyssa Stubs Mills will Passing Through opposing defenses and generating lots of offense. Katie Bay will be A Wave Of Hope for the Fish, as her clutch playoff performance came up big last season for the Pandas. Jennifer Bognar is ready for Party Time in front of the net, and Emma Peters will be looking to shine Play By Play.The Fairfax Fighting Fish look to win the Maryland division and then the NBHL Championships.
